What You’ll Be Doing

• Be the go-to person for end-to-end hiring – from sourcing to onboarding.
• Hunt for talent across platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and beyond).
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and bring in the right fits.
• Ensure candidates don’t just go through an “interview” but have a great experience.
• Keep our hiring pipeline fresh, organized, and always moving.
• Contribute ideas for employer branding – help make Visa2Fly a place top talent wants to join.

What We’re Looking For

• 6 months+ of experience in recruitment (in-house or consultancy).
• Strong sourcing skills and a knack for spotting the right talent.
• Great communication & relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable juggling multiple roles in a fast-paced startup.
• Bonus points if you’ve worked in travel / tech startups before.
