Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  end-to-end recruitment

  for head office/corporate roles across HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Merchandising, Administration and other support functions.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
  
• Source candidates through

  job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and headhunting

  .
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  
• Manage

  salary discussions, negotiations, and offer rollouts

  in line with internal parity.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and ensure data accuracy.
  
• Ensure a

  smooth candidate experience

  throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain a

  talent pipeline

  for critical corporate roles.
• Keep abreast of

  corporate hiring trends

  and best practices.

Requirements

• Graduate/Postgraduate with

  4+ years of proven experience in Non-IT/Corporate hiring

  .
• Strong experience in recruiting for

  head office roles

  (HR, finance, marketing, supply chain, etc.).
• Excellent sourcing skills via

  LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and networking

  .
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner with senior leaders.
  
• Good understanding of

  compensation benchmarking

  and negotiation.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), recruitment MIS, and ATS tools.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
