Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and Screen Non IT (BPO) candidates through various channels.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Expertise in Vendor Management and Stakeholder Management
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
  • Maintain accurate records in the ATS.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and legal standards.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree
  • Proficient in ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience in high-volume BPO recruitment.
  • Knowledge of mortgage sector roles
