As an HR Recruiter Executive at Velox Technologies, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our company's ambitious goals. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a keen understanding of the technology industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through various channels, including social media, professional networks, and job boards.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely and constructive feedback.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive and efficient interview experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage candidate databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
• Partner with department heads and team leaders to understand their specific hiring needs and priorities.
• Work closely with the HR team to align recruitment efforts with overall talent management and organizational goals.

Qualifications:

BBA, BCOM, BCA or a related field.

Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the technology sector.
