Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
• Source candidates using various platforms: job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective job descriptions.
• Conduct initial telephonic/virtual screening to evaluate candidates’ fit.
• Manage candidate database (ATS/Excel/CRM) and ensure timely updates.
• Maintain strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Ensure timely closures of open positions within agreed SLAs.
• Conduct reference checks and background verification as required.
• Support in employer branding initiatives and recruitment drives.
• Share weekly and monthly recruitment reports with management.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
• Hands-on experience with job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and hiring best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,694.03 - ₹25,000.00 per month
