Job Title : Talent Acquisition Executive

Job Location : Vadodara, Work from office.

Shift : General Shift

Experience : 3 – 5 Years

Position Overview:

The position is responsible for : from sourcing candidates to onboarding hires, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent. This role focuses on finding the right candidates for various positions, maintaining a strong candidate pipeline, and delivering an exceptional hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing:

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Actively source potential candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Screening and Selection:

  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

Recruitment Operations:

  • Manage job postings across various platforms to maximize visibility.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and communication with candidates at all stages of the hiring process.
  • Facilitate background checks and reference verifications as needed.

HR Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and market trends.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare regular reports on hiring metrics, such as time-to-hire and sourcing effectiveness.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in using ATS and recruitment platforms.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific hiring practices.

  • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
