Key Responsibilities
Reporting to: Head HR
Key Responsibilities;
• Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels.
• Coordinate with hiring managers for requirements and interviews.
• Manage candidate pipeline and ensure smooth recruitment process.
• Handle offer roll-out and support onboarding.
• Prepare Weekly and Monthly recruitment Matrix.
• To handle New joiners onboarding and orientation .
Requirements
• Graduate or Post Graduate / Bachelor degree in HR
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience (in-house/consultancy).
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Familiarity with job portals, ATS, and recruitment tools.
