Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Positioning

  • Define and maintain the brand vision, personality, and market positioning across all touchpoints (retail, e-commerce, B2B).
  • Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify new opportunities and ensure brand relevance.
  • Develop annual brand plans covering product launches, campaigns, content, partnerships, and budgets.

Marketing Campaigns & Communication

  • Create and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns (print, outdoor, radio, digital, social, influencer).
  • Oversee creative development – photoshoots, lookbooks, videos, packaging, store branding materials.
  • Manage social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and storytelling to enhance digital presence.
  • Drive seasonal/occasion-based marketing (festive, weddings, gifting moments).

4. Retail & E-Commerce Experience

  • Partner with retail operations to ensure consistent in-store branding, VM, and customer experience.
  • Manage e-commerce brand presentation (website banners, PDP content, digital assets, campaigns).
  • Monitor consumer feedback & reviews to improve online and offline experience.

Events, PR & Influencer Marketing

  • Plan and execute brand activations, jewellery shows, launch events, celebrity/influencer tie-ups.
  • Build relationships with media, fashion stylists, bloggers, and jewellery influencers.
  • Manage PR agencies & press releases for product launches and brand milestones.

6. Performance Tracking & Analytics

  • Track and report campaign ROI, brand awareness, social engagement, share of voice, and footfall impact.
  • Monitor sales performance of key collections and support demand creation strategies.

7. Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong brand strategy & storytelling skills with an eye for fashion, jewellery, and aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing, social media, and influencer campaigns.
  • Experience managing creative agencies, production houses, and PR partners.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Experience

  • MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Branding, or Fashion Management preferred.
    • 6–10+ years of experience in brand management / marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, jewellery, or luxury retail.
