Role Overview: As a Brand Manager at Sova, you will be responsible for leading Brand Marketing, Growth Marketing, and New Product Development for a fast-growing direct-to-consumer (D2C) health brand. Your role will involve conducting customer and market research, developing product differentiation and positioning, creating acquisition-focused ad briefs, building retention campaigns, and owning brand identity and storytelling across social channels. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct customer/market research to identify insights. - Lead product differentiation, positioning, and creative direction. - Build and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans including messaging, targeting, channels, and P&L planning. - Create acquisition-focused ad briefs for Meta/Google. - Develop retention campaigns including email, loyalty, and cross-sell initiatives. - Optimize key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CTR, Thumbstop & Thruplay rates through continuous testing. - Own brand identity and storytelling across social channels. - Run content-led campaigns to enhance awareness and engagement. - Drive end-to-end sales & marketing for e-commerce & quick commerce. - Collaborate closely with product, creative, sales, and operations teams. - Track KPIs including CAC, retention, brand awareness, and product adoption. Qualifications Required: - Experience in D2C brand management, category ownership, or product development. - Strong abilities in customer insights, differentiation strategy, and GTM execution. - Proven track record as a hands-on operator with a bias for action and experimentation. - Comfortable with performance analytics and ROI-based decision-making. - Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - 3-5 years of relevant experience.
