Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  for GCC IT requirements: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
• Partner with

  TA managers

  to understand client needs and provide daily updates on candidate pipelines.
• Source candidates through

  Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, InstaHyre, referrals, and networking groups

  .
• Build and maintain

  active talent pipelines

  for high-demand IT skills (Java, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networking, SAP, etc.).
• Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure alignment with

  GCC compensation structures

  .
• Track and achieve recruitment KPIs:

  submittals, interviews, offers, closures, and revenue impact

  .
• Maintain an updated

  candidate database/ATS

  to ensure quick turnaround on client requirements.

Requirements

• 0.6-1.6 years of IT recruitment experience

  in a

  staffing/consulting firm

  (not just corporate HR).

• Education Background: B.Tech/B.E(Non-Negotiable)

• Proven track record in

  GCC IT hiring

  (contract staffing).
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, with expertise in

  Boolean searches

  and multiple platforms.
• Excellent

  negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management

  skills.
• Ability to handle

  high-volume hiring

  and work under tight client deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment dashboards.
• Exposure to

  cross-border staffing

  (India → GCC mobilisation).
• Strong networking in IT talent communities.
