Work Experience - 6 Months to 5 Years (NON IT - BPO Hiring)

Shifts - 10AM - 7PM

Job Location - Sector 58, Noida

Job Responsibility -

• Identifying, screening and interviewing candidates for open positions.
• Interview coordination
• Onboarding of candidates
• Maintaining records of applicants.
• Communicating with hiring managers.
• Developing and building the company's recruitment strategy.
• Implementing and monitoring the targets of the recruitment process.
• Creating and implementing innovative recruitment ideas to attract qualified candidates.
• Discussing with internal team managers to create attractive vacancy notifications.
• Advertising open positions on job portals and social media channels.

Walk-In Interview - Monday to Saturday in between 11AM to 4PM
