Interview coordination Onboarding of candidates Maintaining records of applicants. Communicating with hiring managers. Developing and building the company's recruitment strategy. Implementing and monitoring the targets of the recruitment process. Creating and implementing innovative recruitment ideas to attract qualified candidates. Discussing with internal team managers to create attractive vacancy notifications. Advertising open positions on job portals and social media channels.
