Key Responsibilities

Design, execute and monitor online search campaign using various job sites
Source and deliver high quality resumes as per the job description
Create and manage a healthy pipeline of profiles for regular requirements
Manage weekend drives through external and internal sourcing channels
Knowledge on latest hiring tools like google X-ray search, GitHub, and stack overflow
