Job Description

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
Post job openings on various platforms (e.g., job boards, social media, career websites).
Source and attract qualified candidates through databases, referrals, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers throughout the process.
Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate candidate records.
Conduct background checks, reference checks, and facilitate offer negotiations.
Assist with onboarding processes and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Stay updated on employment laws, hiring trends, and recruitment best practices.

Required Education/Skills/Abilities:

Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or staffing agency).
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
