Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a Talent Acquisition Executive. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. They will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drive employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. The role involves IT recruitment, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet the company's growing needs.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Developers, QA, Cloud, etc.)
• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and others
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate with technical panels
• Manage job postings, track applications, and maintain ATS records
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment
• Strong understanding of technical roles and skills
• Proficiency in sourcing via LinkedIn, Naukri and other job portals
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
