Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.

Draft and post job descriptions across job portals, social media, and internal platforms.

Sourcing & Pipeline Management:

Actively source candidates using databases, social media, networking, referrals, and job boards.

Maintain and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for critical roles.

Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and other platforms effectively.

Interview Coordination & Assessment:

Conduct initial HR screening and evaluate candidate fit.

Coordinate interviews with hiring panels and ensure timely feedback.

Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Preferred candidate profile

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative.

Interest in employee learning, training design, and HR functions.
