Job Description

Vijaya Diagnostic Centre

Immediate Joiners will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for clinical, paramedical, and non-clinical roles.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed), referrals, social media, and internal databases.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and job specifications.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final interviews.
Manage offer rollouts, documentation, and pre-joining formalities.
Ensure joining of selected candidates and follow-ups to minimize dropouts.
Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare weekly and monthly hiring reports.
Support hospital/diagnostic staffing during expansion, new branch openings, or bulk hiring drives.
Ensure compliance with healthcare recruitment norms and internal HR policies.
