Job Description

Role Summary:

An SAP Recruiter with 3 years of experience in sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates for SAP related roles, partnering with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.

Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify SAP staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.

Source candidates via Job boards, social media, referral and networking, focusing on SAP modules and technologies.

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, co-ordinate schedules and manage the full candidate experience from sourcing to offer negotiation.

Skills required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fast paced environment

Expertise in candidate evaluation, including technical assessments

Ability to maintain candidate networks and provide recruitment progress reports

Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources

Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in SAP/IT roles with knowledge of SAP modules and functions
