Talent Acquisition Executive (Leather & Export)

As a Talent Acquisition (HR Executive) at our company, your role will involve developing and implementing global talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's objectives. This includes forecasting hiring needs and building a strong talent pipeline. You will also be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and attracting top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and recruitment agencies. - Conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and managing the offer process, including salary negotiation. - Monitoring and analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement, and optimizing processes and tools to enhance the candidate experience. - Collaborating with business leaders and HR partners to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Ensuring compliance with global hiring regulations and policies. - Promoting diversity and inclusion in hiring practices and initiatives. - Overseeing employer branding initiatives across regions to attract top talent. - Analyzing hiring metrics and reporting on performance to stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with a preference for advanced degrees. - Strong communication, presentation, and diplomacy skills, with fluency in English and potentially other languages. - Experience in leading and managing teams, working in a fast-paced environment, and managing relationships with external stakeholders. - Knowledge of global hiring regulations, talent acquisition processes, and relevant technology. - Soft skills including an analytical mindset, collaborative attitude, and the ability to translate insights into action. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The work schedule is during day shifts or morning shifts, and proficiency in English is preferred. The work location is in person in Kolkata.
