Talent Acquisition Executive (India and UK Hiring)

Location: Hyderabad, India

Employment Type: Full-time

The Role

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about end-to-end recruitment,

enjoys managing multiple roles across geographies, and understands the nuances of

both Indian and UK hiring environments. You will be responsible for sourcing,

screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience

across departments and regions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Operations

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across India and the UK from

job posting to onboarding.

• Write and publish job descriptions on LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, and other

local or international platforms.

• Source candidates through portals, databases, referrals, and professional

networks.

• Screen CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring

managers for shortlisting.

• Schedule and track interviews across time zones for both Indian and UK

teams.

• Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment pipelines in internal

databases.

• Support onboarding coordination, document collection, and background

verification where required.

Employer Branding & Recruitment Strategy

• Develop engaging job postings and represent the company’s brand

effectively across platforms.

• Suggest improvements to the hiring process and identify new sourcing

channels.

• Coordinate with external recruiters or staffing agencies where necessary.

• Track and report on key recruitment metrics — time to hire, cost per hire, and

offer acceptance rate.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a

related field.

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to

international hiring.

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri, and other Indian and

UK job portals.

• Experience handling full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions (design,

operations, logistics, etc.).

• Excellent communication and coordination skills — comfortable working

across different time zones.

• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage several open

roles at once.

• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment

CRMs is a plus.
