About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Executive with strong English communication skills and a background in B2B or services sales. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying and qualifying leads for our Employer of Record (EOR) services, supporting the senior sales team, and helping drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential clients in target international markets (US, Europe, etc.) Generate and qualify leads through ABM, Building partnership programs, emailcampaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and cold calling Conduct initial discovery process to understand client needs and position EOR services Maintain and manage a pipeline of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) in ZohoBigin Coordinate with Chief Client Success Officer to hand over leads and support through the sales cycle Draft and customize proposals, presentations, and sales documentation Schedule meetings, follow up on conversations, and ensure timely communication with prospects Work closely with the marketing and research team to align campaigns with lead-generation goals Keep CRM tool (ZohoBigin) updated with all lead-related activities and insights Preferred Qualifications: 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B or service sales Experience in the HR domain (e.g., EOR, PEO, staffing, HRTech) is highly preferred Exposure to handling international prospects, especially in the US or Europe Excellent verbal and written English communication skills Proven experience in lead generation and pre-sales support Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously Proactive attitude with a desire to grow and take on greater responsibilities What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a fast-growing global EOR company Exposure to international B2B sales and HR services Collaborative and supportive work environment Growth path into senior sales roles Role & responsibilities
