1. Client Coordination:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding employee HR matters.
• Ensure client-specific HR processes are followed consistently.
• Support clients in HR planning, recruitment, and employee-related documentation.

2. Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and job specifications.
• Manage the recruitment process with the recruitment team: sourcing, screening, Offer negotiations and closures.
• Collaborate with recruitment partners/agencies job portals as needed.

3. Employee Lifecycle Management:

• Manage onboarding, for the new joiners with the ER team, induction, confirmations, transfers, separations, and final settlements (F&F).

4. HR Ops :

• Ensure timely issuance of employment letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, increment, relieving, etc.).

A. Payroll & Compliance:

• Coordinate with the payroll and ER team for accurate inputs received from the client.
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.) as per applicable laws.

B. Policy Implementation & Support:

• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies in alignment with client needs.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies for all EOR employees.

C. Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:

• Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain high morale and retention with the help of the ER team.
• Address employee concerns and grievances in collaboration with senior HR and client teams.

5. MIS & Reporting:

• Prepare periodic HR reports, including headcount, recruitment status, and compliance metrics.

Requirements:

• Education: BE, B Tech or any technical qualification with Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources.
• Experience: 6+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to EOR/PEO/Staffing/Outsourcing models. And should have worked with the management outside India preferably should have experience working with the people outside India.
• Excellent written and verbal Communication.
• Good Knowledge of Employment Laws.
• Quick learner on tools and processes.

Skills:

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and client management skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and responsibility.
• Proven experience in HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
