Job Overview: The Assistant Manager HR will oversee HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws. The role involves working closely with other departments to support organizational goals and enhance employee satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees with more over referral in house policy. Develop and implement recruitment strategies alongside 3rd Party to hire and retain best marketing field team. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates along with the marketing team. Coordinate and conduct induction programs to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the mission. Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, manage conflict resolution, and ensure a positive work environment with soft-spoken and highly acceptance ability amongst all team members positively. Performance Management: Assist with performance reviews, set objectives, and provide feedback to employees with appropriate appraisal system with appropriate measurable KPI. Implement and oversee performance management of the systems to evaluate and improve employee performance. Provide coaching and support to marketing team in conducting performance reviews and developing performance improvement plans. Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including updating HR policies and procedures as needed. Record Keeping: Attendance and leave records, maintain accurate employee records and handle documentation related to HR activities by using advance HR/attendance management tools. Training & Development: Coordinate training programs and development initiatives to enhance soft and hard skills with validation feedback technique and performance enhancement training with proper monitoring. Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, TA & AD monitoring, Incentives on performance, retirement plans, and other benefits for the team and his/her family. Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics and activities. Analyse data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve HR processes and outcomes. Present HR reports and insights to senior management on a quarterly basis. Experience, Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 6 to 10 years proven experience in an HR or similar role, who has worked with blue-collar staff/ field sales team. Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
