Job Description:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team and play a key role in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top talent for our organization. As a Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and coordinating hiring decisions. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we attract the best candidates who align with our organizational goals and culture.


Key Responsibilities:

● Fluent English: Must speak, write, listen, and read English fluently.

● End-to-End Recruitment: Experience in handling the full recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates.

● Hiring Experience Across All Levels: Proficient in recruiting for Managerial, Senior, and Junior level positions.

● Digital Marketing & Web Development Recruiting: Expertise in recruiting Digital Marketers and Web Developers.

● Candidate Screening: Experience in screening candidates from various job portals, including Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other social networks.

● Job Requirement Understanding: Ability to understand job requirements and build effective strategies to attract the best candidates.

● Sourcing & Recruiting: Actively source and recruit qualified candidates meeting the job requirements.

● Follow-Up & Database Management: Strong follow-up skills focusing on database creation and maintenance for ongoing and upcoming job requirements.

● Report Maintenance: Keeping detailed records and reports of candidates and recruitment processes.

● Flexibility: Ability to handle multiple job requirements and work on various recruitment projects simultaneously.
