Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive, based in Pune. The primary responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, sourcing and hiring top talent, and establishing strong employer branding strategies. Additional day-to-day tasks involve collaborating with internal teams to understand hiring needs, conducting candidate screenings and interviews, and supporting IT recruitment initiatives to ensure successful talent placements in the organization.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting to identify, attract, and engage top talent
Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with candidates, hiring managers, and recruitment teams
Experience in Employer Branding to create and promote a compelling brand image for attracting talent
Specialized knowledge in IT Recruitment to fulfill technology-focused hiring demands
Proven ability to manage full lifecycle recruitment processes
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a results-driven approach
