Reports To: Talent Acquisition Manager / HR Manager Location: Noida Sector 64 Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Talent Acquisition Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our Telesales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding high-performing sales professionals, ensuring an excellent candidate experience, and meeting aggressive hiring targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Outreach Identify suitable candidates for Telesales roles through job portals (Apna, Indeed, WorkIndia etc), social media (LinkedIn, Facebook), referrals, and direct sourcing. Build and manage a talent pipeline for current and future Telesales hiring needs. Conduct telephonic or virtual screening interviews to assess communication, persuasion skills, and cultural fit. Schedule and coordinate further face to face interview rounds. Manage the end-to-end selection process, including assessments if required. Arrange interviews, provide candidate briefs to hiring panels, and ensure smooth scheduling. Gather feedback and communicate it clearly and promptly to candidates. Coordinate with HR Operations and Admin to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Follow up on documentation, background checks, and pre-joining formalities. Maintain accurate records of candidates and hiring progress using ATS or Excel sheets. Share daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports with HR leadership. Promote a positive image of the company through professional communication. Support recruitment drives, job fairs, and referral campaigns targeted at telesales hiring. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 1–3 years of proven experience in telesales or BPO hiring, ideally in high-volume recruitment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with recruitment tools, databases, and job portals. Ability to handle multiple openings with tight deadlines. Ability to understand telesales KPIs and team dynamics. Quick learner with a proactive mindset.
