Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Executive will handle day-to-day recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring of candidates. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining strong employer branding initiatives, managing the IT recruitment process, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Employer Branding
• Expertise in VLSI Recruitment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
