Talent Acquisition Executive

You will be responsible for handling multiple roles efficiently and prioritizing tasks effectively. Sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media platforms, internal databases, and referrals will be a key part of your role. It will also involve screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability. Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers will be an essential aspect of your job. Additionally, you will be required to maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers to ensure a streamlined recruitment process. Ensuring timely offer rollout and providing onboarding support to new hires will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-3 years of relevant experience. The compensation for this role is in the range of 3-5 Lakhs per annum.
