Key Responsibilities:

  • Ability to handle multiple roles and prioritize effectively
  • Source candidates via job portals, social media, internal databases, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers
  • Ensure timely offer rollout and onboarding support

Experience- 1-3 years

Compensation- 3-5LPA

Note: Six days working (Alternate Saturday Off)
