Description
As a Talent Acquisition Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving talent acquisition strategies to support our growth objectives. Working closely with the HR department, business leaders, and hiring managers, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent in the data analytics industry and related fields. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles in Data Engineering, Data Science, and Data Analytics, including software engineers, data scientists, machine learning engineers, and data architects. - Design and implement technical assessment processes to ensure candidates meet high technical standards required for our projects. - Collaborate with CTO, Engineering Leads, and Data Science teams to understand technical requirements, create effective job descriptions, and develop recruitment strategies. - Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates by leveraging networks, industry events, and advanced sourcing techniques. - Stay current with trends in Data Engineering, Data Science, and Analytics to proactively engage with potential candidates who are at the forefront of the field. - Implement strategies for diverse and inclusive hiring practices, focusing on underrepresented groups in technology. - Work with technical leadership to create clear career pathways and support ongoing training initiatives for data and engineering professionals. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for technical roles in high-growth or technically complex environments. - Strong technical knowledge in programming languages such as Python, R, Java, Scala, big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, data processing tools, and analytics and BI tools. - Proven leadership experience in driving successful, high-impact hires for technical roles. - Expertise in using data to guide recruitment decisions and strategies. - Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving, collaboration, adaptability, attention to detail, and continuous learning skills.
