Talent Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.
  • Help maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources for a smooth start.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of recruitment records and HR documentation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in a consultancy or recruitment firm.
  • Familiarity with IT and Non-IT recruitment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
