Job Title: Sales Executive โ€“ IT Solution Company Location: Ponda Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our IT sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, Providing services, and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term success. Key Responsibilities: 1- Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and online research. 2- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored IT solutions. 3- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. 4- Collaborate with the Business Developer and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. 5- Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports. 6- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies. Requirements: โœ… Bachelorโ€™s degree in BCom, Marketing & Sales, or related field. โœ… Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. โœ… Ability to work independently and as part of a team. โœ… Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
