Job Title: Administration Officer – IT Solutions LLP Location: Ponda Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1 -2 Years Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Administration Officer who will be responsible for supporting daily office operations while also handling client communications, generating leads, and contributing to sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Responsibilities: Manage office operations, records, and documentation. Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups. Maintain and update client and employee databases. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence. Identify and pursue new sales leads through calls & emails. Calling for Domain renewals & Update CRM Prepare and share quotations. Key Skills Required: Good communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal) Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email writing Ability to multitask and prioritize work Self-motivated and result-oriented Prior experience in admin preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 21/06/2025
