Job Description: Administration Executive / Office Administrator

The role is responsible for ensuring efficient office operations, administrative support, and effective coordination across departments to maintain a productive work environment.

Office Management:
Oversee daily office operations to ensure smooth functioning. Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities, maintain an organized workspace, plan administrative procedures, streamline processes, and control wastage of daily consumption items.

Scheduling and Coordination:
Coordinate meetings, conference room bookings, and in-house office events. Arrange employee travel, accommodation, and itineraries as required.

Communication:
Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, calls, and internal coordination, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Administrative Support:
Provide administrative assistance to senior management and team members. Manage repair, maintenance, replacements, and AMC contracts for office assets. Handle vendor coordination, obtain quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize agreements for daily consumables.

Data Management and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, including employee records and contracts. Compile and generate reports, presentations, and spreadsheets while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and compliance with record-keeping policies.

Resource and Expense Management:
Monitor office expenses, budgets, and expenditures. Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment.

Policy Implementation and Compliance:
Assist in implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and administrative standards.

Problem Solving and Process Improvement:
Identify administrative challenges and recommend effective solutions to improve efficiency.

Collaboration, Onboarding, and Ad Hoc Support:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support onboarding of new employees, foster a positive work environment, and handle ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
