Admin Cum Sales Executive

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin Cum Sales Executive to support daily office operations and manage client communications, lead generation, and sales targets. As an Admin Cum Sales Executive at IT Solutions LLP, your responsibilities will include managing office operations, coordinating meetings, maintaining client databases, handling incoming communications, identifying and pursuing sales leads, presenting company products/services to clients, maintaining client relationships, preparing quotations and proposals, updating CRM, and providing sales reports to management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and email writing, the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach. Prior experience in sales or administrative roles would be advantageous. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales/Marketing, or a related field is required, along with proven experience in administrative and sales roles. This is a full-time role with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and paid time off.
