Admin Cum Sales Executive

You are a motivated and responsible Indoor Cum Sales Executive who will be a part of the team at Bericht Global Excellence, Kerala branch. Your primary tasks will include handling customer enquiries from walk-in clients, managing data in the CRM system, and assisting in basic sales operations. Your responsibilities will involve attending to walk-in customers in a professional manner, logging and updating customer information in the CRM system, maintaining proper documentation of customer interactions, and transactions, as well as following up on potential leads to convert them into clients. Additionally, you will be supporting the sales team in achieving monthly targets and ensuring a clean and organized work environment. As a candidate, you must be a female graduate with good communication skills in Malayalam and English (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage). Proficiency in basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and CRM systems is required. A friendly, proactive, and customer-oriented personality is essential, with prior experience in sales or customer service preferred.
