Job Summary As a Lead Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining back-end systems that support our maritime operations platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of backend services with frontend applications, databases, and other core systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team's effectiveness and productivity. Contribute to the design and development of scalable, maintainable, and efficient software architecture. Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization through development and deployment. Responsible for implementing Test-Driven Development practices, including writing comprehensive unit tests, to ensure high-quality, reliable, and maintainable code. Build reusable, modular code and libraries to promote efficiency and consistency across projects.
