Talent Acquisition Coordinator

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at CrowdStrike, you will play a crucial role in assisting candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers with interview preparation tasks. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and managing all candidate interview schedules, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, and serving as the main point of contact for on-site candidates. Additionally, you will assist with job posting processes, respond promptly to requests, and act as a subject matter expert for Talent processes and procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage candidate interview schedules, including travel and lodging accommodations - Distribute appropriate materials to the interview team - Ensure a positive candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication - Serve as the main point of contact for on-site candidates and ensure smooth interview schedules - Assist with job posting and advertisement processes - Respond to all requests promptly, placing high emphasis on candidate satisfaction - Act as a subject matter expert for Talent processes and procedures - May assist with other projects as assigned Qualifications Required: - Experience with calendaring/scheduling and continuous improvement - Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred), and candidate management systems - Self-starter with a positive attitude and passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience - Experience in a customer service related role - Superb attention to detail, excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills - Ability to work cross-functionally, perform under tight deadlines, problem solve, and adapt in a fast-paced environment - Integrity in handling confidential and sensitive information Additional Details: CrowdStrike is known for its remote-friendly and flexible work culture, market-leading compensation and equity awards, comprehensive wellness programs, competitive vacation and holidays, paid parental and adoption leaves, and professional development opportunities for all employees.
