As a member of the American Express Global Recruitment Coordination COE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless operations post candidate identification leading to offer release and joining at Amex. You will report to the Team Leader, TA Co-ordinator, and be an integral part of the Colleague Experience Group (CEG), collaborating closely with the Recruitment Team to enhance candidate, colleague, and Hiring Leader experience. **Role Overview:** - Support hiring leaders in raising requisitions in a timely and accurate manner. - Manage Shared Mailbox to route all new reqs to GTA Managers for further steps. - Ensure high-quality results, process compliance, and alignment with global recruitment standards. - Coordinate interview schedules for candidates through internal email calendar technology and video interview platform. - Manage Visitor Management System to pre-register candidates for smooth interview entry. - Provide real-time communication on pre-offer queries to candidates, hiring leaders, and recruiters. - Maintain compliance with standard recruitment processes and department of labor mandates. - Participate in industry events and travel for recruitment activities. **Key Responsibilities:** - Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification required. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruitment, system adherence, and process governance. - Prior experience in recruiting support and administration activities. - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ability to handle large data points. - In-depth knowledge of recruitment systems, ATS (Taleo), HRIS, and recruitment policies. - Ability to handle challenging priorities in a fast-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Responsive communication and emphasis on strong collaboration. - Ability to perform under pressure, manage high volumes, and understand urgency. - Excellent communication, partnership, influencing, and problem-solving skills. - Demonstrate accountability, ownership, and ability to multitask. - Handle confidential information with discretion.
