Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree or HR certification is a plus. Proven experience as an Recruiter or in a similar role. Strong understanding of Recruitment roles, employment laws, and industry trends. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with Candidates.
