Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented professional who can lead end-to-end recruitment and also play a key role in client success by building strong relationships with parents, schools, and partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (70%)

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates
• Build talent pipelines across roles such as counsellors, psychologists, sales, and operations
• Use LinkedIn, job portals, and creative outreach strategies to attract top talent
• Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Drive employer branding by showcasing The Education Match as an aspirational workplace

Client Success (30%)

• Act as a point of contact for parents, schools, and academic partners
• Support appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and client onboarding for counselling programs
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
• Collect feedback and insights from schools/parents to improve engagement
• Represent The Education Match in client calls, webinars, and school-facing discussions

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (MBA/PG in HR or Marketing preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in recruitment, client servicing, or people-facing roles
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting, job boards, and digital communication tools
• A people-first mindset with the ability to multitask across HR and client engagement

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
