Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Complete recruitment life cycle management for all Hiring.
Validating manpower requisition in consultation with line and business HR.
Mapping applicants to the position based on hiring guidelines laid down with a due focus on quality.
Ensure that the candidate possesses the required skills set/behavioral competence and can be aligned to the organization culture via HR round of interview
To identify suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites like Linkedin, Google Groups etc..
Salary positioning, offer negotiation & timely closure of positions involving aggressive follow-up with hiring partners and candidates to ensure TAT.
Proactively create a talent pipeline for mass roles/critical roles.
Managing effective and smooth onboarding of new hires in coordination with the on-boarding team as per defined process to ensure their acclimatization to the organization for better engagement and stability.
Maintain & share Key Recruitment trackers like Open position tracker, Ageing analysis, etc
Talent Acquisition report to be shared on Weekly basis..
Any other HR & Admin task assigned to you as per work requirement.
