Talent Acquisition Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the end-to-end recruitment process across diverse roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, onboarding and engaging candidates across diverse roles while learning best practices in recruitment operations. The role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition and eager to grow in a dynamic environment with real-time learning and mentoring.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

− Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding for the clients.

− Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other professional networks.

− Screen and evaluate candidate profiles to ensure role fit.

− Schedule and conduct interviews, coordinating with clients and candidates.

− Maintain strong candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.

− Prepare job descriptions and recruitment posts as required.

− Ensure timely closures and a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

− Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

− Strong interest in recruitment with willingness to own responsibilities.

− Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

− Ability to multitask, stay organized, and deliver results under deadlines.

− Familiarity with MS Office tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
