ABOUT THE ROLE: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the end-to-end recruitment process across diverse roles. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, onboarding and engaging candidates across diverse roles while learning best practices in recruitment operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: − Research and analyze government schemes and policies at central, state, and local levels. − Identify and document global welfare models with potential for cross-sector replication. − Evaluate initiatives’ impact, efficiency, and scalability using quantitative and qualitative analysis. − Create reports and presentations summarizing policy insights and research outcomes. − Create proposals for clients with innovative designs and policy recommendations. − Stay updated on trends and reforms in governance, policy, and politics. − Work closely with clients to understand needs and provide actionable solutions. SKILLS REQUIRED: − Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data & draw actionable insights. − Strong communicator with expertise in impactful reports and presentations. − Proficiency in creating client ready presentations. − Familiarity with policy frameworks and socio-economic issues in India. − Proficient in research tools and software for qualitative and quantitative analysis.
