Job Description

Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
Source and attract candidates using various platforms including job boards, social media, and networking.
Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting jobs, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating assessments, and facilitating offers.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure compliance with data and hiring regulations.
Provide an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Others -

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong judgment and discretion when handling confidential information.
