Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technology Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting mid-senior IT professionals, a strong understanding of technology roles, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to talent acquisition, and a passion for sourcing top tech talent.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Sourcing:

    Identify and engage potential IT candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Utilize advanced sourcing techniques to build a qualified candidate pipeline.
  • Job Posting:

    Create and manage job postings on multiple platforms to attract top IT talent.
  • Candidate Screening:

    Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Recruitment Strategy:

    Develop effective strategies for filling various IT roles, including software developers, Quality Engineers, Cloud, Data, Product, CRM, AI roles, among others.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:

    Partner with Delivery and Community leaders to understand hiring needs and collaborate with domestic and international vendors to secure the right profiles.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance. Provide timely feedback and communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence to provide recommendations to the recruitment team.
  • Recruitment Metrics:

    Track and report on recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, hiring ratio, sourcing mix, and candidate source effectiveness to optimize processes.
  • Compliance:

    Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal and company policies, including diversity and inclusion standards.
  • Process Improvement:

    Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience:

    Minimum of 4 years in technology recruitment, preferably in mid-sized to large technology companies. Proven experience recruiting for a wide range of IT roles.
  • Skills:

    Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Technical Proficiency:

    Familiarity with IT concepts, technologies, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and tech-specific job boards.
  • Attributes:

    High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.
