Job Description

About the Role: We are looking for a results-driven and strategic International Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This individual will lead full-cycle recruitment across global geographies—including North America, EMEA, and APAC—for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international hiring within SaaS companies and an excellent understanding of global hiring dynamics, sourcing strategies, and remote hiring practices. Key Responsibilities: Global Talent Acquisition Manage end-to-end recruitment for tech and non-tech roles across various international locations. Collaborate with global hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop strategic hiring plans. Conduct proactive talent mapping and market intelligence to identify top talent across geographies. Sourcing & Candidate Engagement Use a mix of sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, job boards, talent networks, referrals, Boolean search) to attract diverse talent pools. Engage and nurture passive candidates through personalized outreach and follow-ups. Represent the company’s employer brand across global markets. Recruitment Process Management Manage the recruitment lifecycle including screening, interviews, evaluations, feedback coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding support. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Leverage ATS systems and dashboards to manage pipelines and track recruitment metrics. Stakeholder Collaboration Partner with global HR and People Ops teams to align on hiring priorities and timelines. Provide timely updates, market insights, and guidance to hiring managers and leadership. Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting efforts across regions. Key Requirements: Experience: 5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with at least 3+ years in international hiring. Proven experience recruiting across regions such as the US, Canada, UK, Europe, and/or APAC. Prior experience working with SaaS or product-based tech companies is mandatory . Strong knowledge of both technical (engineering, product, data) and non-technical (sales, marketing, customer success, etc.) roles. Familiarity with international employment nuances and time zone coordination. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to influence and build rapport with global stakeholders.
