Role Overview

Talent Acquisition IT Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruitment

Source, screen, and interview candidates for IT positions using job boards, social media, and networking channels.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and workforce planning.
Act as a trusted advisor on market trends and recruitment strategies.

Data-Driven Hiring

Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire).
Use ATS and recruitment tools to maintain candidate pipelines.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

Promote company culture and values during candidate interactions.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Compliance & Process Optimization

Adhere to recruitment SLAs and governance frameworks.
Implement scalable process improvements across TA functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in IT recruitment with knowledge of tech roles and industry trends.
Proficiency in ATS and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search).
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience in international recruitment and high-volume hiring.
Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques (X-Ray search, social media recruiting).

Analytical skills for reporting and process improvement
