Job Opportunity: Systems Engineer | ₹12 LPA | Trivandrum (Kerala)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, troubleshoot, and maintain IT infrastructure including virtualization, servers (Microsoft/Unix/Linux), and cloud platforms.
Perform performance analysis, capacity planning, OS hardening, and patching.
Ensure system availability, daily monitoring, and backup verification.
Implement, document, and upgrade IT systems.
Act as L2/L3 escalation and support regional teams.
Support disaster recovery (DR) drills and business continuity procedures.
Contribute to cloud migration and hybrid infrastructure development.
Ensure compliance with information security policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum
5+ years of experience
across Windows and Citrix infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of
virtualization technologies
.
MCSA or equivalent Microsoft certification
is mandatory.
Familiarity with
networking concepts
and
backup/replication tools
.
Exposure to
system automation tools
like Ansible or Puppet (preferred).
Experience with
Azure
and
O365
platforms is a strong plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
