Note : Shift Timing : 5AM to 2PM No. of Positions : 05 Location : Trivandrum Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and proactive Support Engineer – L1 to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in L1 Helpdesk or Remote Support, with a strong understanding of Windows operating systems and basic IT troubleshooting. If you're passionate about solving user issues and delivering excellent support, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 1 technical support through remote tools or helpdesk platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows Desktop and Server environments. Handle user account and group management in Active Directory (AD). Support users with Microsoft Outlook and Teams issues. Respond to service requests and incidents in a timely and professional manner. Document support processes and resolutions in the helpdesk system. Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support as needed. Perform basic Level 1 tasks in Zendesk and AWS (preferred but not mandatory). Required Skills & Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience in L1 Helpdesk or L1 Remote Support. Prior experience as a Technical Support Engineer or IT Helpdesk Technician. Strong knowledge of Windows Operating Systems (Desktop & Server). Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with AD user and group management. Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Teams support. Exposure to Zendesk and AWS support tasks is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
