Role Description

Research & Development Engineer

You’ll be directly involved in building and testing drone prototypes, developing embedded hardware systems, and contributing to the foundation of our in-house tech division.

full-time, on-site role

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop
PCBs
for embedded and drone-based applications.
Assemble, calibrate, and test
drones
for accuracy and performance.
Develop, debug, and optimize
firmware
for microcontrollers and drone systems.
Conduct
R&D experiments
, prototype iterations, and hardware testing.
Troubleshoot hardware/software integration issues.
Collaborate with design and innovation teams on ongoing tech projects.
Document designs, test results, and process improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field.
Hands-on experience in building and assembling drones.
Proficiency in
firmware programming
(C/C++ or Embedded C).
Experience with
PCB design tools
(Altium, Eagle, KiCAD, etc.).
Familiarity with
microcontrollers
(STM32, ESP32, Arduino, Raspberry Pi).
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Passion for
innovation, electronics, and UAV technology.
